Common causes of conveyor belt breakage
1. Damage to the reducer, splashing of the hydraulic coupling or reversal of the motor.
2. The quality of the conveyor seal. The seals of the conveyor belt are divided into mechanical seals and vulcanized seals. The quality of mechanical seals is much lower than that of vulcanized seals, so they are rarely used at present. Regarding the vulcanized joint, if the vulcanization temperature and vulcanization pressure are not controlled as required, the temperature and pressure distribution on the vulcanization plate are uneven, the temperature, time and pressure level settings are unreasonable, and unreasonable materials are used, etc. will affect the vulcanization process.
3. During transportation, the transportation load suddenly increases due to other factors. For example, large pieces of coal or other objects with very large mass are suddenly mixed into the coal being transported.
4. The pressure changes greatly when starting and stopping. Starting and stopping the conveyor belt will also cause the conveyor belt to break. In general, it is best to start it without load.
5. The quality itself is not good enough, the service life is too long, it is overloaded for a long time, and the daily maintenance is not in place.
6. The material distribution is uneven and the conveyor belt deviates.
