Common Problems in Installing Nylon Conveyor Belt

1. Install the movable shaft and conveyor belt roll. On the starting coil of our conveyor belt roll, put a movable shaft that can be flexibly rotated, and roll the conveyor belt on it.

2. Be careful not to place the conveyor belt roll in the open state. In working places where it is not suitable to release, you can open the conveyor belt roll first to allow the nylon conveyor belt at the telescopic position to have a larger angle. This is to avoid damaging the nylon conveyor belt. It is recommended to place the nylon conveyor belt at the telescopic position.

3. The replaced conveyor belt can be removed at one time. If the conveyor belt is replaced, the new belt can be combined with the old belt, and the conveyor belt and the new nylon conveyor belt can be removed together.

4. Avoid lowering failures. For horizontal conveyors, the old conveyor can be sealed at any point. For conveyors in an inclined direction, the sealing point must be selected to avoid lowering failures due to weight.

5. Avoid squeezing when pulling the rope. After adjusting the position of the new belt on the transport plane, fix one side of the belt with a clamp, connect the rope between the roller and the frame, and use a traction rope machine to evenly install the polyester EP conveyor belt on the transport plane. When pulling the rope, avoid large angles between the conveyor belt and the frame.

6. Fix with a clamp. Fix one side of the textured conveyor belt on the conveyor frame with a clamp, and tighten the other end through the movable pulley set until the textured conveyor belt is no longer loose on the buffer roller.

7. Keep the appropriate distance of the tensioner and fix the tensioner at about 100~130mm from the terminal.
